1. Document the OS Version

2. Install Required Software

Five9 Softphone: Download and install the Agents (Windows/Mac) Installer for the Five9 softphone application. → Five9 CRM Integrations

Coro Security Software: Install → Coro Security Software
3. Configure Microsoft PDR Credentials

Set up Microsoft PDR credentials.

Verify successful connectivity to the work account.

4. Verify Work Account Access

Link the MS PDR credentials to the user account settings.
5. Install and Configure Venn

Install the Venn application.

6. Set Up Chrome and Google Tools

Install Google Chat Standalone App:
- Sign in to chat.google.com.
- To install the app on your computer, try one of these methods:
- At the top right of Google Chrome, in the URL bar, click Install Install.
- At the top right of Google Chrome, click More Install Google Chat.
7. Configure Office 365 Applications

Assist the user in logging into Microsoft Office Portal.

Download and install Office applications.
8. Update the Operating System

Run Windows Update to ensure the system has the latest patches and security updates.

Reboot if required after updates.
