Allowing Remote Access on Mac Jordan Augusto August 28, 2024 22:14 Updated After entering a session key or choosing a support agent, a file will be downloaded. To initiate the remote session, open the file. A window may pop-up asking if you want to Open or Cancel, click Open. Click Allow on the Agent’s request to take control of the computer. On the next window that pops up, click Open System Settings. Toggle/turn on Remote Support Customer Client on the next pop-up window. Enter your username and password then click Modify Settings on the next screen. Click Quit and Reopen. Click Grant Access under Accessibility. Toggle/turn on Remote Support Customer Client. Click Grant Access under Full Disk Access. Toggle/turn on Remote Support Customer Client on the window that appears. Click Quit and Reopen. Click Yes on the Agent’s request for elevated privileges. You may be prompted for your username and password again.
