Quick Guide: Resetting Your Password in Velocify

1. Go to Velocify: Click here to launch the Velocify website
2. Click "Forgot Password?": This link is below the login fields.

3. Enter Your Email: Type in your PDR email.
4. Check Your Email: Look for a reset link in your inbox (check spam/junk if needed).
5. Reset Your Password: Click the link, create a new password, and confirm it.
6. Log In: Use your new password to log in.

🎯If you're logged in and want to update your IT-provided password, follow these steps:

1. Click Your Name: In the upper right corner, click your name.
2. Go to Preferences: Select "Change Password" under Preferences.

3. Enter Your Passwords: You'll need to enter your current password, your new password, and confirm the new one. Below the fields, you'll see the password strength requirements for reference.
4. Submit: Hit "Submit" when you're done.

5. Update Password Manager: Make sure to save your new credentials in Google Password Manager.
6. Log Out and Log Back In: To ensure everything is updated, log out and then log back in with your new password.
