Logging in to the Five9 Agent Console

Open your web browser and navigate to the URL https://login.five9.com/ 

Log in using your Five9 username and password:

• Enter your Five9 username and password into the provided fields on the login page.

Click "Agent":

• Once logged in, locate and click on the "Agent" option. This should direct you to the agent interface or dashboard.

Wait for the Agent Desktop Plus to Load:

• Depending on your internet connection and system speed, it may take a few moments for the Agent Desktop Plus to fully load. Be patient while the system initializes.

Input your Station ID and Click "Next":

• Once the Agent Desktop Plus has loaded, you'll be prompted to input your station ID. Enter your station ID into the designated field and then click "Next" to proceed.
