Overview
You are required to connect to the Azure VPN before opening any work applications, Chrome apps, or accessing Forth CRM. This is to ensure the security of our company data and systems.
Steps to Connect
- Open the Azure VPN Client on your computer. You can find it by searching in the Start Menu.

- In the Connection list, select the appropriate VPN based on your location.
If you are unsure which one to choose, select the VPN nearest to your location in the US:
- East VPN
- West VPN
- Singapore
- Click Connect. You will be prompted to log in with your Microsoft account credentials and approve the request via 2FA (Two-Factor Authentication). Once approved, wait until the status shows Connected.
- Once connected, you may now open your work apps, Chrome apps, and Forth CRM.
How to Know if You Are Disconnected
- The status next to your VPN profile in the Azure VPN app will display "Disconnected".
- The VPN icon will typically not be present or will show a disconnected state in the system tray.
Important Reminders
- Always connect to the VPN first before opening any work-related applications.
- If you are unsure which VPN to use, please reach out to the IT team for guidance.
- If you experience any connection issues, try disconnecting and reconnecting, or switch to a different VPN location.
If you have any questions or need assistance, please reach out to the IT team.
