Software Installation

Welcome to PDR! After your initial device setup, follow the steps below to install all required applications.

✅ 1. Download and Install Chrome (Windows)

1. Open your current browser (like Microsoft Edge).

2. Go to 👉 https://www.google.com/chrome/

3. Click Download Chrome.

4. Click Accept and Install.

5. When the file finishes downloading, open ChromeSetup.exe or check your Downloads folder.

6. Follow the prompts to finish the installation.

7. Chrome will launch automatically once installed.

✅ 2. Install Five9 Softphone and Chrome Extensions

1. Visit 👉 https://login.five9.com/

2. Log in using your Five9 credentials.

3. Click on CRM Integrations.

4. Select Five9 Adapters for Agent Desktop Toolkit.

5. Download the Windows Installer.

6. Install it, and don’t forget to add the Chrome Extensions.

✅ 3. Configure Office 365 Applications

1. Go to 👉 https://portal.office.com/

2. Log in using your PDR Microsoft credentials.

3. From the homepage, select Install Apps > Microsoft 365 apps.

4. Run the installer and follow the prompts to complete installation.
