Follow these simple steps to connect with IT support. This takes about 2-3 minutes.
- Enter the session code from your technician and click the arrow →
- Click the downloaded file in your browser
- Click "Run" when you see the security warning
- Wait for the download to complete (about 30 seconds)
- Check the box and click "Connect"
- Click "Consent to Control"
- Click "Yes" to allow system changes
- You're connected! The technician can now help you.
