Congratulations on completing your onboarding journey! You’ve officially reached the final step. This guide outlines your post-onboarding tasks, which include completing mandatory training sessions and ensuring you’re fully set up for success.

🎓 Required Trainings

1. Five9 Trainings

During onboarding, you bookmarked your Five9 training modules. Now it’s time to complete them!
These sessions will help you become familiar with the Five9 system and ensure you’re confident using it in your role.

How to Access:

Use your saved bookmarks from the earlier onboarding steps.

✅ Make sure to complete all assigned Five9 training modules.

2. Sexual Harassment Training

All employees are required to complete Sexual Harassment Training to help maintain a respectful, safe, and inclusive workplace.

You’ll receive an email from HR or ADP with the course link and instructions.

✅ Complete the training as soon as you receive the email.

📢 After Completing Your Trainings

Once you’ve finished both the Five9 and Sexual Harassment trainings:

Inform your Manager or HR – Let them know you’ve completed your post-onboarding requirements.
Ask about next steps – This might include department-specific training, meeting schedules, or guidance on your daily routine (like when to take lunch breaks).
Stay connected – Keep checking your email and other communication tools for updates, team announcements, and engagement opportunities.
