How to Perform Screenshot in VENN using ShareX

To enhance your experience with VENN, we've prepared a step-by-step guide on how to capture screenshots using ShareX within the platform. Follow the instructions below:

Step 1:

• Sign out of Ven.
• Click here to install ShareX on your PC (if not yet installed).
• Relaunch Venn
• Navigate to the window or page where you wish to capture a screenshot.
• Locate the Workplace icon and select "Share Window."

Step 2:

• You’ll be prompted to add audit notes, e.g. sharing with a USERNAME or other sharing reasons.
• After adding the necessary notes, click the "Share Window" button to proceed.

Step 3:

• Open VENN and access the "Apps" section.
• Launch ShareX from the available options.

Step 4:

• The ShareX window will appear, allowing you to capture your desired screenshot.

• Perform your screenshot within ShareX inside VENN without encountering a black screen.
