Integrating VLC Media Player into Venn

VLC Media Player stands out as a versatile multimedia tool, supporting a wide range of audio and video formats.

Step 1: Download and Install VLC Media Player on Your Device:

• Visit the official VLC website at https://www.videolan.org/

• Download the appropriate version for your operating system (Windows, macOS).
• Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.

Step 2: Adding VLC Media Player to Venn Workplace:

• Launch your Venn Workplace platform and navigate to the "Apps" section.

• Locate the VLC Media Player application.
• Tick the star icon next to VLC to add it to your Launch screen for quick access.

• Go back to the Launch screen in Venn Workplace.

Step 3: Access VLC Media Player within Venn:

• Double-click on the VLC app icon in the Launch screen of Venn Workplace.

• VLC Media Player will open, and you can start using it directly within the Venn environment.
