Using the Pacific Debt Service Desk Portal

Introducing the Pacific Debt Service Desk Portal, your go-to resource for IT support, guidance, and knowledge.
While we hope you won’t need us too often, we’re always here when you do!

🔐 Getting Started

1. Log In

1. Visit pacificdebt.zendesk.com
2. Click Sign in (top-right corner).
3. Select Sign in with Google on the left side to access the portal.

📨 Credentials are sent to your PDR email. Contact IT if you haven’t received them.

🧭 Navigating the Portal

Once logged in, you’ll land on the dashboard, where you can:

• Browse Knowledge Base articles (KBs)
• Create a support ticket
• View your ticket history

Take a moment to explore — the main navigation bar will be your guide.

📚 Accessing Knowledge Bases (KBs)

For self-help resources:

1. Click on Knowledge Base or FAQ.
2. Browse articles and guides on common issues, tips, and how-to’s.
3. You may find the answer without needing to submit a ticket!

🧾 Creating a Ticket

If you can’t find what you need, create a ticket for IT support.

📨 Checking Your Tickets

To view your submitted requests:

1. Click your profile icon (top right).
2. Select My Activities.
3. Track your ticket’s status and reply directly to the IT team if needed.
