This guide outlines the steps for installing Venn on a Windows computer to access your secure work environment.
πΉ Prerequisites
Before you begin, ensure you have:

β Google Chrome (installed locally β not inside Venn)

β Your Venn login credentials
βοΈ Step 1: Install Required Local Applications
Install the following outside the Venn environment:

Google Drive for Desktop
ββͺοΈ Do not move or share local files via Google Drive. -
Google Chat (Standalone App)
π After installation, make sure to relaunch all apps and Chrome before continuing.
π Step 2: Access the Venn Portal

Open your local Chrome browser.

Go to π https://pdr.venn.com

Sign in with your Venn credentials.
π₯ Step 3: Download the Venn Local Client

After logging in, youβll be prompted to download the Venn Local Client.

Click Accept β the installer will run automatically.
π§ Step 4: Launch Workplace Enclave

Once installation is complete, Venn will automatically launch into the Workplace Enclave β your secure workspace.

This is where youβll access your assigned applications.
π§ͺ Step 5: Diagnostics Test
When Venn starts, some apps may appear grayed out.

Venn is performing a diagnostics check on your system.
-
This usually takes 30 seconds to 2 minutes.

You wonβt be able to launch apps during this time.
β Step 6: Final Setup

Launch Google Chrome inside the Enclave.

Sign in to your Chrome profile and sync your data using your Gmail credentials.

Once Chrome is ready, proceed to launch your other workflow applications.
