Slow Performance
"In many cases, users tend to put their Windows machines to sleep mode or leave them on until they go to sleep mode or become idle. This can be a significant cause of slow performance issues.
To address this, I recommend asking the user to check the uptime of their machine using the Task Manager. They can do this by pressing ALT + CTRL + DEL buttons simultaneously and then navigating to the PERFORMANCE tab to check the UPTIME.
If the UPTIME is 3 days or greater, it is advisable to suggest that the user restart their machine. Restarting the machine will help release temporary files and prompt the system to check for necessary updates and improvements.
Please ensure to always communicate with the end-user to save their files and documents before performing the restart to prevent any data loss."
